How do I start a new round?
Open the app and tap Play on the home screen. Select your course, choose your tee box and game mode (Stroke Play, Stableford, or Match Play), then tap Start Round.
How does handicap scoring work?
Enter your handicap index in your profile. Blade calculates your playing handicap using the course rating and slope, then allocates strokes per hole automatically based on each hole's HCP index.
Can I play with friends?
Yes — add friends by username from your Profile, then invite them to a group round from the home screen. Everyone's scores update in real time on a shared leaderboard.
How do I delete a round?
Open the round from your history, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Round. This action cannot be undone.
What game modes are supported?
Blade supports Stroke Play, Stableford, and Match Play — all with full net and gross scoring based on your handicap.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen tap Forgot password, enter your email address, and follow the link sent to your inbox.
Is my data private?
Your rounds are only visible to you and friends you have accepted. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
